TRASH RACK SCREENS
SERIES: B111-2 – TRASH RACK WITH FLAT BARS | ||
Trash rack with vertical flat bars spaced apart is used to prevent large floating wastes from travelling further into intake structure, pumping station and treatment plants. Depending upon water height and handling capability either a single rack or multiple racks stacked over each other can be used for this application. Cleaning of trash rack has to be done manually after mechanically lifting the rack up to operating platform using crane. | ||
