Jet Breaker washer compactor is ideal for washing, compacting and safely disposing of screenings / waste using a continuous bagging unit. It is installed after belt / screw conveyor such that the waste coming from the conveyor falls into the inlet portion of Jet Breaker. The waste is then transported via a shafted screw conveyor to washing zone where high pressure water jets are used to remove fecal waste that may have come along with the screened waste. The washed waste is then subsequently transferred to an elephant trunk shape outlet tube where it compacts by pushing of waste upward in to the outlet tube. | |
